Ingredients
- 1 c snow peas
- 1 lb spaghetti (thin)
- 3/4 c thinly green onions (sliced)
- 4 tb soy sauce
- 2 tb wine vinegar (red)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tb sesame oil (roasted)
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil with
- 3 tb parsley (chopped fresh)
- 1 ts dry mustard
- 1 ts chili oil (hot)
- 2 slices cucumbers
warm spaghetti with this mixture and set aside. Steam the snow peas for 2 minutes. Drain and cool under cold water. Combine the snow peas, cucumber strips, green onions, and parsley. Stir together the remaining sesame oil, soy sauce, vinegar, mustard, and chili oil. Toss this sauce with the vegetables. Then toss the vegetable mixture with the spaghetti mixture. Serve cold.
