Ingredients
- 2 baking potatoes
- 1 tb vegetable oil
- 1/2 ts thyme (dried)
- 1/2 ts oregano (dried)
Slice the potatoes about 1/4 inch thick. Brush the slices with the vegetable oil. Place in a baking pan. Sprinkle with the thyme and oregano. Bake in a 400 degree F oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until tender. Serves 4
