Ingredients
- 2 baking potatoes
- 16 ml vegetable oil
- 1 gr thyme (dried)
- 1 gr oregano (dried)
Slice the potatoes about 1 cm thick. Brush the slices with the vegetable oil. Place in a baking pan. Sprinkle with the thyme and oregano. Bake in a 200ÂșC oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until tender. Serves 4
