- 4 pork chops
- 1 pepper (freshly ground)
- 1 cranberries
- 1 apple
- 1/4 c onion (chopped)
- 3 t apple juice concentrate
- 3 t brown sugar
- 2 t olive oil
- 1/8 t cinnamon (ground)
- 1 ds nutmeg
onions in pan. Cover and cook over low heat until chops are done, 5 to 8 minutes. Serve immediately with rice or boiled potatoes.
