Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- 4 onions
- 1/2 c beer
- 1/2 c beef broth
- 1 1/2 t vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 t unbleached flour
- 1 t cornstarch
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/4 t pepper
