Ingredients
- 6 fettucini (cooked)
- 5 1/4 cup parmesan cheese (grated)
- 1 pound broccoli flowerets
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 teaspoons flour
- 1 tablespoon parsley (fresh chopped)
- 1 package louis kemp crab delights about
Melt butter, stir in flour. Gradually add half-and-half, stir until thickened. Add parmesan; cook and stir until smooth. Fold in crab, heat three minutes, stir occasionally. Stem broccoli just until tender. Toss fettucini and broccoli with sauce, sprinkle with parsley. Serve immediately.
