- 3 egg whites
- 1 lb brown sugar (light)
- 3 c pecans
- 1 ts vanilla extract
- 1/4 ts salt
Mix all ingredients together. Drop by scant tablespoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets. Bake in preheated 300~ oven for about 20 minutes. ----
