Ingredients
- 4 ribeye steaks
- 1/2 c margarine
- 1 ts cayenne pepper
- 1 ts black pepper
- 1/2 ts salt
- 1/4 ts pepper (white)
Heat a skillet to 350 degrees and pour melted margarine in. Combine seasoning in a small bowl. Dip steaks in melted margarine and sprinkle with season mixture. Place steaks in skillet and cook each side for about 3 1/2 minutes. Serves 4.
