Ingredients
- 4 ribeye steaks
- 110 gr margarine
- 3 gr cayenne pepper
- 3 gr black pepper
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr pepper (white)
Heat a skillet to 350 degrees and pour melted margarine in. Combine seasoning in a small bowl. Dip steaks in melted margarine and sprinkle with season mixture. Place steaks in skillet and cook each side for about 3.5 minutes. Serves 4.
