Ingredients
- 1 okra (fresh)
- 1/2 rounds (thick)
- 1 c thinly onion (sliced)
- 3 tablespoons water
- 2 tb canola
- 1 1/2 ts lemon juice
- 1/2 ts cumin (ground)
- 1/2 ts kosher salt
- 1/4 ts fennel (ground)
- 1/8 ts cayenne pepper
sprinkle on cumin, fennel, cayenne and salt. Stir-fry mixture for 2 minutes, or until flavors are blended.
