Ingredients
- 1/2 pecans
- 1/4 pre am bits o barley (cooked)
- 1 c sun apricots (dried)
- 3/4 c unsweetened coconut flakes
- 2 tb honey (raw)
- 2 tb lemon juice
Chopped nuts for rolling Put apricots, pecans, coconut and precooked Bits-O-Barley through blender. Remove from blender container and pour into a mixing bowl. Add lemon juice and honey. Shape into balls and roll in extra chopped nuts. Refrigerate.
