Ingredients
- 1/4 c celery (chopped)
- 1/2 ts lemon juice
- 1 tb parsley
- 1/4 ts garlic
Paprika Drain the tuna and break it up into small sized chunks. Add all dry ingredients; salt, pepper, garlic and, parsley. Then add the celery, lemon juice and, onions. Fold in the mayonnaise until it is blended. Serve a scoop on top of green salid, or between two pieces of bread or toast. Sprinkle a little paprika on top to add a little flavor and color. Fresh Lettuce is also a wonderful addition to any sandwich.
