Ingredients
- 2 garlic (cloves minced)
- 3/4 turkey breast (uncooked)
- 3 cups pasta (hot cooked)
- 1 1/4 cups whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese (grated)
- 2 tablespoons basil (fresh)
- 1 dash pepper
Cut turkey into 2x1/4" pieces. In a skillet, saute turkey and garlic in butter until turkey is browned and no longer pink, about 6 min. Add cream, basil, Parmesan and pepper; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer for 3 minutes, stirring freq. Stir in pasta and toss to coat. Serve immediately.
