Ingredients
- 3 c brown rice (hot cooked)
- 8 oz tomato sauce
- 1 c onions (chopped)
- 1/2 c water
- 1 c celery (sliced)
- 1 tb vegetable oil
- 1/2 ts salt
In large skillet, cook onions and celery in oil until tender. Stir in tomato sauce, water, seasonings, and beans. Heat thoroughly. Serve over hot rice. Each serving provides: 270 calories 10.6 g. protein 3.3 g. fat 50.5 g. carbohydrate 270 mg. sodium 0 mg. cholesterol
