Ingredients
- 2 egg
- 1 chocolate cookie crust
- 8 oz chocolate (white)
- 16 oz cream cheese
- 3/8 c sugar
Melt chocolate in a double boiler. Cream together cream cheese and sugar. Beat in eggs one at a time. Mix in melted choclate. Place in cookie crust. Cook 30 minutes at 350 F. Cool before cutting.
