Ingredients
- 1 c seedless raisins
- 1 c coarsely apple (chopped)
- 1/2 c water (hot)
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1/2 c carrot (finely ground)
- 1 tb cornstarch
- 1/2 ts cinnamon
- 1/4 ts nutmeg
- 1/4 ts salt
Combine all dry ingredients, and add to the raisins and carrot. Add water, bring to a boil and simmer about 5 minutes. Then add apple. Bake this mixture between two crusts for 25 minutes at 375F.
