Amish Cake

Recipe by: Helen Jolly (MDFD30E) Can't decide which I like best...the cake, or the frosting. AMISH CAKE Beat the eggs and sugar together. Add the rest of the ingredients. Using a greased and floured 9x13-inch pan, bake at 180ÂșC or 30 minutes, or until done. FROSTING (TOPPING) Mix all ingredients together. Blend together, and frost well-cooled cake.
