- 1 blackberries
- 1 egg
- 475 gr apples
- 150 gr sugar
- 28 gr butter
- 16 gr cornstarch
- 16 ml lemon juice
- 16 ml water

Combine blackberries and remaining apples in a large bowl; sprinkle with lemon juice. Add sugar and cornstarch and toss gently. Spoon into pie shell. dot with butter. Top with a lattice crust; seal edges. Combine egg and water or milk; brush over lattice top and pie edges. Bake at 190ÂșC or 50 min. or until filling is bubbly and apples are tender. Sprinkle with additional sugar. Hope you like it. I didn't use the egg etc., I sprayed the crust with the butter spray to cut a few calories. And I didn't put a layer of apples down, I mixed everything together(berries and apples) It came out so good that my husband was asking everyone at work about this pie.
