Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 375 gr flour
- 200 gr sugar
- 180 ml sour cream
- 140 gr nuts
- 110 gr butter
- 40 gr cinnamon schnapps
- 14 gr baking powder
- 5 gr cinnamon
- 5 gr baking soda
- 3 slices apples
-----------------------------------GLAZE----------------------------------2 tb Butter half c Sugar one third c Water 2 tb Cinnamon schnapps Nuts; chopped for garnish CAKE: Preheat oven to 180ÂșC Grease and flour bundt pan. Mix together the apples, cinnamon and cinnamon schnapps; set aside. Cream butter and sugar; add eggs and beat 2 minutes. Add remaining ingredients except apples and nuts. Beat well. Drain liquid from apples and add to batter. Mix well. Add apples and nuts. Bake for 1 hour. Cool 20-30 minutes. GLAZE: Bring to a boil for 2-3 minutes the butter, sugar and water. Stir in schnapps; pour over cake. Sprinkle with chopped nuts. ----
