Ingredients
- 425 ml water (hot)
- 170 gr packed brown sugar
- 150 gr sugar
- 130 gr flour
- 120 ml skim milk
- 60 ml applesauce
- 45 gr cocoa
- 9 gr baking powder
- 4 gr vanilla
Combine flour, sugar, quarter cup of the cocoa, and baking powder in mixing bowl. In separate bowl, combine milk, applesauce and vanilla. Stir wet ingredients into dry ingredients. Spoon batter into greased 20 cm square bakingpan. Combine brown sugar, remaining quarter cup cocoa and water. Pour over batter. Bake at 350 40 mintues. Remove from oven; cool in pan. Cut into squares.
