Ingredients
- 425 gr haddock fillets
- 110 gr seasoned dry bread crumbs
- 55 gr butter
- 4 gr lemon peel (grated)
- 3 gr parsley flakes (dried)
- 2 gr garlic powder
Cut fish into serving-size pieces. Place in a greased 11x7x2 inch baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients. Sprinkle over fish. Bake at 180ÂșC . for 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
