Ingredients
- 6 bacon (sliced)
- 2 apples
- 1 onion
- 450 gr beef liver
- 60 ml water
- 4 gr salt
- 1 gr pepper
Place liver in greased shallow casserole. cover with apples, onion, salt, and pepper. Top with bacon pieces and add liquid. Bake, covered, at 160ÂșC or 1- half hours, removing cover during last 20 minutes of baking. SOURCE: Southern Living Magazine, October, 1972. Typed for you by Nancy Coleman
