Ingredients
- 1 bran cereal (whole)
- 1 banana mashed
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 190 gr flour
- 160 ml milk
- 110 gr brown sugar packed
- 60 ml cooking oil
- 12 gr baking powder
- 1 gr salt
In large bowl, stir together cereal, milk and banana. Let stand 2 minutes or until cereal is soft. Add oil and egg; mix well. Stir dry ingredients into bran mixture only until moistened. Spoon into greased muffin cups. Bake at 190ÂșC for 25 to 30 minutes. Yields 6 large or dozen normal size muffins.
