Ingredients
- 3 eggs equivalent of egg
- 3 loaf sprayed with pam (pan lightly)
- 1 1/2 mixed candied fruit
- 1 hr
- 1/2 homemade wonderslim
- 700 ml water
- 325 gr unbleached flour
- 120 ml orange juice
- 100 gr sugar
- 75 gr mashed banana
- 65 gr nuts (chopped)
- 40 gr raisins
- 18 gr baking powder
- 2 gr salt
unbleached lecithin quarter tsp. citric acid Cover prunes with water and bring to a boil. Cool. Blend prunes, water, lecithin, and citric acid in blender until smooth. Pour in clean quart jar and refrigerate. Keeps up to 30 days. I pour mine into old jelly jars and freeze them. I use 1:1 amounts when substituting for oleo in recipes.
