Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 200 gr sugar
- 110 gr mashed ripe banana (very)
- 95 gr shortening
- 32 gr sifted flour
- 4 gr vanilla
- 3 gr baking soda
- 1 gr salt
Cream shortening and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in banana and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients together and add to banana mixture. Mix well. Pour into greased loaf pan or 9 inchx9 inchx2 inch pan. Bake at 350�F for 30 to 35 minutes. Note: half cup chopped nuts can be added if desired.
