Ingredients
- 8 pork chops
- 120 ml water
- 60 ml vinegar
- 60 ml chili sauce
- 38 gr sugar
- 30 ml mustard
Combine ingredients and mix well. Pour over seasoned chops in glass baking dish, cover and bake at 200ÂșC or 1- half hours, uncovering last 30 minutes. Water may be added to make gravy. Delicious with ribs also.
