Ingredients
- 250 gr unbleached flour
- 180 ml beer
- 50 gr shortening
- 14 gr baking powder
- 3 gr salt
Preheat Oven to 230ºC . Sift dry ingredients together. Cut in shortening until it has cornmeal consistanch. Stir in beer, knead lightly, roll out to 1 cm thickness. Bake 10 dozen minutes or until golden brown. Makes dozen to 15 biscuits.
