Ingredients
- 2 tbls water
- 2 eggs
- 325 gr firmly packed brown sugar
- 160 gr all purpose flour
- 110 gr butterscotch chips
- 55 gr margarine
- 9 gr vanilla
- 5 gr baking powder
- 1 gr salt
1. Heat oven to 350. Spray 23 cm square pan with nonstick cooking spray.
2. Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off. In large bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, baking powder and salt; mix well. Add margarine, water, vanilla and eggs; blend well. Spoon and spread batter evenly into sprayed pan. Sprinkle with chips.
3. Bake at 180ÂșC or 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 45 minutes or until completely cool before cutting into bars.
