Ingredients
- 3/4 quick-cooking barley
- 400 ml vegetable broth
- 400 gr peas (frozen)
- 350 gr black-eyed peas
- 30 gr onion
- 7 gr parsley
- 2 gr thyme
- 1 gr salt
Combine all ingredients in large skillet or saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 15-20 minutes or until barley is tender.
