Ingredients
- 1 velveeta
- 475 ml water
- 250 gr broccoli (fresh)
- 65 gr cornstarch mixed with
- 2 gr salt
- 1 gr pepper
Steam broccoli until tender. Place half-and-half and water in top of double boiler. Add cheese, salt and pepper. Heat until cheese is melted. Add broccoli. Mix cornstarch and water in small bowl.
