Ingredients
- 1 serrano chile
- 475 gr black beans
- 120 gr tomato
- 65 gr bell pepper (red)
- 30 gr onion (red)
- 10 ml wine vinegar (white)
- 5 ml vegetable oil
- 1 gr salt
Black beans should be canned and they should be rinsed and drained.
Serrano chile should be seeded and finely chopped.
Mix all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate until chilled, about 1 hour. Makes about 2.5 cups relish.
