Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 350 gr broccoli florets (cooked)
- 240 gr ricotta cheese
- 230 gr crumbled bleu cheese
Preheat oven to 400�F for 10 minutes. Beat eggs until light. Mix in both cheeses, pepper and nutmeg until well mixed. Stir in broccoli. Set aside. Place prepared pie crust in 23 cm quiche dish. Pour filling into crust. Bake 30 minutes.
