Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 milk
- 180 gr broccoli flowerets
- 120 gr swiss cheese (grated)
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr garlic powder
- 1 gr lemon pepper
- 4 slices bacon
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook bacon until crisp; set aside. Beat eggs with cream and cheese. Stir in broccoli, salt, garlic powder and lemon pepper. Crumb le bacon. Stir half of bacon into egg mixture. Pour mixture into a 23 cm pie plate. Bake at 180ÂșC or 30 to 35 minutes or until a knife inserted halfway bet ween center and edge comes out clean.
