Ingredients
- 3 gluten
- 1 tbs
- 375 gr bread flour
- 325 ml water
- 325 ml buttermilk
- 70 gr buttermilk powder
- 28 gr brown sugar
- 22 gr butter
- 12 gr star dry yeast (red)
- 4 gr salt
- 1 gr baking soda
- 1 gr caraway seeds
Place all ingredients in bread pan, select Light Crust setting, and press Start. This is a very reliable recipe that works well in our Hitachi 10
