Ingredients
- 4 caribou
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 575 gr potatoes (grated)
- 525 gr pork (lean)
- 18 gr salt
- 2 gr allspice
- 1 gr pepper
- 1 gr cayenne
- some sausage casings
Grind together all the meats with the onion. Next mix the potatoes with the meats. Add spices and mix thoroughly. Prepare as for Caribou Sausage #
