• 400 gr pork (ground)
• 230 gr beef (ground)
• 60 ml water (optional)
• 18 gr textured vegetable protein (plus)
• 9 gr brown sugar
• 8 gr salt
• 4 gr black pepper coarsely (ground)

Thai Spicy Sausage

• 1 chpd lemon grass (fresh)
• 1 green onion (finely chopped)
• 1 fnly chopd kaffir lime leave
• 1 sausage casings
• 1 thread
• 400 gr pork (ground)
• 8 gr thai curry paste (red)
• 2 ml fish sauce
• 2 gr chpd coriander roots
• 1 gr msg (optional)
