Ingredients
- 3 bay leaves
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 salt
- 1,400 gr sirloin
- 60 ml dry wine (red)
- 2 slices onions
Simmer meat with wine, garlic, onions, bay, salt/pepper about 3 hours. Shread meat, set aside. Saute onion and green pepper in oil. Add ingredients for sauce and simmer 30 minutes more. Good Venezuelan recipe. Find sauce recipe (mechada sauce). ----
