Ingredients
- 1/2 sucanat
- 1/2 chatfields dairy free carob chips
- 325 gr wheat pastry flour (whole)
- 150 gr mashed ripe bananas
- 60 ml water
- 60 ml canola oil
- 9 gr rumford aluminum free baking powder
- 3 gr salt
- 2 ml soda
Mix together dry ingredients. Whisk wet ingredients together in a separate bowl. Add to dry ingredients and mix well. Grease and flour two 7 x 4 x 5 cm loaf pans. Divede dough evenly and bake at 180ÂșC or 35 minutes. Recipe shared by Barbara Kerr.
