Ingredients
- 4 mushroom (canned pieces)
- 325 gr cubed ham (cooked)
- 475 ml chicken broth
- 280 gr cubed chicken (cooked)
- 240 ml milk
- 80 gr parmesan cheese (grated)
- 80 gr mozzarella cheese (sliced)
- 55 gr margarine
- 55 gr lasagna noodles
- 40 gr flour
- 6 gr dry onion (minced)
- 1 gr garlic powder
- 1 gr pepper
- 1 package asparagus (frozen)
Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions. Rinse and drain. In saucepan, melt margarine. Blend in flour, onion, garlic powder and pepper. Add chicken broth and milk. Cook and stir until bubbly. Stir in half c. of grated parmesan cheese and mushroom pieces. In 13x9 inch pan layer half of noodles, asparagus or broccoli, chicken or turkey and mozzarella cheese. Top with half of sauce. Add cubed cooked ham, rest of noodles, rest of sauce and second half cup of Parmasan cheese. Bake at 180ÂșC . for 35 mins. Let stand for 10 mins. before cutting. Can be made ahead, refrigerated and bake for 45-55 mins.
