Ingredients
- 6 egg whites
- 2 eggs
- 120 gr nonfat cottage cheese
- 65 gr green chile (chopped)
- 32 gr all purpose flour
- 28 gr lowfat cheddar cheese (grated)
- 28 gr mozzarella cheese (grated)
- 2 gr baking powder
- 2 ml tabasco sauce
In a small bowl, beat eggs lightly; add flour and baking powder. Combine remaining ingred in a separate bowl. Mix in egg mix. Pour into an 20 cm square pan coated w/ cooking spray. Bake at 200ºC for 15 min. Reduce heat to 180ºC and bake for 35 min more. Cut into dozen squares and serve warm or cold. Recipe By : Shape March 1995 ----
