Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 pimientos
- 950 ml tomato sauce
- 350 gr beef (lean ground)
- 150 gr dry spaghetti (cooked)
- 55 gr lowfat cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 3 gr chili powder
- 1 gr pepper
Saute meat, onion and garlic in skillet till meat is cooked. Drain = well. Add remaining ingredients except cheese and simmer 10 mins. Add = cheese and cook till melted.
