Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 33 cm pan. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Cool 5-10 minutes and top with frosting. FROSTING: Melt chocolate chips and margarine or butter together. Stir in powdered sugar, almond extract and milk to spreading consistency.
