Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 400 gr sugar
- 375 gr flour
- 260 gr zucchini (shredded)
- 240 gr semi-sweet chocolate bits
- 240 ml oil
- 120 ml sour cream
- 4 gr vanilla
- 3 gr cinnamon (ground)
vanilla, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder and sour cream in a mixing bowl. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes or until well blended. Stir in zucchini and chocolate bits. Pour batter into 2 well-greased loaf pans and bake at 180ºC or 1 hour and 15 minutes.
