Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 ice cream
- 220 gr packed brown sugar
- 190 gr all purpose flour
- 180 ml sour cream
- 95 gr shortening
- 8 gr cinnamon (ground)
- 5 gr baking soda
- 5 gr baking powder
- 1 gr salt
Grease and flour 9x9x2 inch pan. Mix flour, brown sugar, cinnamon and salt in large bowl. Cut in shortening using pastry blender until mixture is size of small peas; reserve one third cup. Beat in sour cream, baking soda, baking powder and eggs until well blended. Spoon into pan; spread evenly. Sprinkle reserved flour mixture over batter. Bake 30-35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely. Top each serving with ice cream and Apple Cider Sauce. ----
