Ingredients
- 1 scallion
- 1 clove garlic
- 950 ml water
- 230 gr beef (ground)
- 30 gr spinach (fresh)
- 8 gr salt
- 5 ml soy sauce
Skim off the froth. Add the spinach, scallion, garlic, soy sauce, salt and pepper. Lower the flame and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve immediately.
