Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 butterscotch chips
- 110 gr butter
- 100 gr quick-cooking oats
- 1 package cake mix (yellow)
In a mixing bowl, beat the first four ingredients. Stir in the M&Ms or chips. Drop by Tablespoonful 5 cm apart onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 190ºC or 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned. Immediately remove to wire racks to cool.
