Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 200 gr sugar
- 120 ml orange juice
- 60 ml water
- 45 ml lemon juice
- 40 gr cake flour
- 9 gr butter
- 4 gr orange rind
- 1 gr salt
Combine sugar, flour, and salt in top of double boiler; add fruit juice, water, and egg, mixing thoroughly. Place over boiling water and cookr 10 minutes, stirring constantly. Add orange rind and butter. Cool. Makes enough filling to spread between two 23 cm layers (generously), or between three 25 cm layers.
