Ingredients
- 350 gr fettucini noodles cook
- 240 ml cream (heavy)
- 190 gr crawfish tales (peeled)
- 110 gr margarine
- 60 gr onion (chopped)
- 60 gr green onions (chopped)
- 50 gr celery (chopped)
- 14 gr parsley (chopped)
- 1 gr thyme
- 1 gr cayenne pepper
- 1 gr pepper
- 1 gr sweet basil
- 1 gr oregano
Saute the onion and celery in margarine until soft. Add remaining ingredients and simmer about 15 minutes.
