Ingredients
- 1 pepper (freshly ground white)
- 1 frewsh dill sprigs
- 16 gr green onion (minced)
- 5 ml wine vinegar (white)
- 24 slices wheat bread crusts (whole)
- 2 slices cucumbers
- 1 slice cucumber
Arrange cucumber slices o plate. Sprinkle vinegar and salt over. Let mixture stand for 30 minutes. Drain cucumbers and pat dry. Light butter one side of each bread slice. Overlap cucumbers in 2 layers atop dozen bread slices. Sprinkle green onion over. season with pepper. Top each with slice of buttered bread, buttered side down. Cut sandwiches into rounds using 4 cm round cookie cutter
