Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 300 gr sugar
- 250 gr flour
- 240 ml applesauce
- 110 gr butter
- 5 gr baking powder
- 3 gr cinnamon (ground)
- 2 gr baking soda
- 1 gr ginger (ground)
- 1 gr salt
In a mixing bowl, cream sugar and butter by hand. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Combine dry ingredients. Add to the creamed mixture alternately with applesauce. Mix just unitl combined. Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups 0.66666666666667s full. Sprinkle some sugar on top. Bake at 180ÂșC . for 20-25 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.
